We encourage you to reserve your party and banquet equipment needs as far in advance as possible. This ensures availability and allows ample time for your order to be packed and checked in time for delivery or pickup.

Any changes to your order must be made at least 24 hours prior to delivery or pick-up.

Rental Rates

All charges are for time out, whether used or not. There will be no refund or credit for unused items. Please make your selection carefully.

Prices quoted are for a one day charge. If you desire to use rental items for a longer period, please call our office for long term rates.

Delivery & Pick Up Information

Delivery and pick-up is available, for an extra fee, depending on size of load, for orders within city limits, main level or loading dock.  Extra charges apply for deliveries not at street level, or large quantities of tables and chairs. Deliveries are available Monday through Friday from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm.

A set-up and knock down service is available at an additional cost if arranged in advance.

For prices to areas outside city limits please call our office.  We charge mileage fees outside of the Winnipeg perimeter.

Special containers are provided for china, silver, glassware, etc. to insure you receive your items sterilized, undamaged, and “table ready”. Our delivery personnel are instructed to neatly stack all items in a convenient place on delivery.

All china, silver, utensils, etc. should be free of food and replaced in their containers. Linens should be refuse free and dried to prevent staining and mildew. Tables and chairs should be knocked down and stacked ready for pick-up. All items should be assembled in a single location, ready for pick-up. Items not meeting these conditions are subject to additional charges.


You will receive all rental items clean and ready for use. Special containers are provided for your china, glassware, etc. to insure that you receive your items sterilized, undamaged, and table ready.

All returned glasses, cutlery, china, etc. need NOT be washed, only scraped and returned in original containers. These items are processed at no extra charge.

Linens should be refuse free and dried prior to return to prevent staining and mildew. All linen orders will be inspected upon return. The customer is responsible for mildew damage to linens, and for damage due to cigarette burns, stains which cannot be removed, and damage due to misuse.

A cleaning fee of $31.50 applies to all deep fryers, barbecues, grills, and other cooking equipment.

Additional charges will be assessed for packing cartons and boxes not returned.

Loss or Damage

The customer is responsible for all equipment rented from the time of receipt until the time of return. Please be sure that all rented equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather. Check with the management of hired halls to make sure they will take care of this for you.

We do charge for missing or broken items; china, glassware, etc. will be considered broken if returned chipped. We do not rent china or glassware that is chipped, once it has been chipped it is discarded. If you discover a chipped or broken item when you unpack your order, please notify us at once so that we can note it on your contract, and not charge you for it.
